Mizen Head is an example of nature at it’s grandest and most powerful. We visited the Lighthouse Museum, walked the pathways and stopped at a beach nearby.
SPA DAY IN CLONAKILTY, AND THINKING ABOUT ISOLATION
We escape to Clonakilty for a wee spa day — of facials, pedicures and threading. Time to prepare for civilization.

MY BIRTHDAY IN CASTLETOWNSEND
It was my birthday…and a perfect day. We went to a deserted, drizzly Castletownsend for dinner. So happy to be with my little (grown) girl!
